Terms
The plain-English version of how working with me works. Anything specific to your shoot, such as the date, the deposit and rescheduling, is set out in your quote before we book.
Prices and GST
Prices are listed on the pricing page and confirmed in your quote. Deep Arora Studios is not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
Using your photos
You can use the photos and video from your shoot anywhere you market your own business, for as long as you like. That includes your website, social media, menus, print, delivery apps and your own paid advertising. You can't sell or license them to anyone else. If a third party, such as a supplier, franchisor or agency, wants to use them, ask me and I'll quote for that use. I keep the copyright.
My portfolio
I'll ask before sharing your shoot in my portfolio or on social media. Founding clients agree to this as part of the founding-client discount. Anyone who asks not to be shown is kept out of what I share.
Travel
Travel is free across Casey, Cardinia, Greater Dandenong, Frankston and Kingston. Anywhere else in metro Melbourne is a flat $80.
Delivery
Café and brand shoots are delivered within 7 days, single headshots within 5 days and team headshots within 2 weeks, through a private online gallery. Extra edited images from the same shoot are $35 each.
Content plans
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum. Seasonal plans cover four visits over a year. Visit dates are agreed in advance.
Founding-client offer
The first five café or brand clients get 20% off the listed price, in exchange for a short written testimonial and permission to share the shoot in my portfolio. It doesn't apply to headshots or content plans, and can't be combined with other offers.
