Privacy
The short version: I only collect what you send me, I only use it to reply and do the work, and I don't sell it or use it for advertising.
What I collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email, and anything else you choose to add (business name, phone, suburb, dates and your message).
Why
To reply to your enquiry, quote, plan and deliver your shoot, and keep a record of our work together. I won't add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it
The website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiry emails are sent through Resend. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and whether they send an enquiry. It sets cookies and collects details such as your approximate location, device and browser, but not your name or the contents of the enquiry form. It isn't used for advertising. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How long I keep it
Enquiries and client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for tax records, then deleted.
Your photos
Photos from your shoot are delivered through a private gallery. I'll ask before sharing any of them in my portfolio or on social media.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@deeparorastudios.com.au.
