Where do you work?
I'm based in Cranbourne and come to you. Travel is free across Casey, Cardinia, Greater Dandenong, Frankston and Kingston, and $80 flat anywhere else in metro Melbourne.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry with what you need and a few dates. I'll confirm availability and send a quote to lock it in.
Can I use the photos in ads?
Yes. You can use them anywhere you market your own business, for as long as you like: website, socials, menus, print, delivery apps and your own paid ads. If someone else wants to use them, like a supplier, franchisor or agency, ask me and I'll quote.
How long until I get the photos?
Café and brand shoots within 7 days. Single headshots within 5 days, and team headshots within 2 weeks.
What video is included?
Session and Story shoots include behind-the-scenes video, filmed on a 360 camera while I work, for your socials. On a Story shoot I'll also film the video shots you ask for, like a pour, a plate going down or hands at work. Video comes unedited, ready to drop into Reels or TikTok.
Can you shoot while we're open?
Yes. Some of the best moments happen during service. We'll plan the set-ups so I stay out of the way of customers and staff.
Do my staff have to be in the photos?
Only the people who are happy to be. Anyone who'd rather not is kept out of frame.
What if I need more photos?
Extra edited images are $35 each, picked from the same shoot. Story shoots already include the full gallery.
Do you charge GST?
No. I'm not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What's the founding-client offer?
My first five café or brand clients get 20% off, in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to share the shoot in my portfolio.
